ROZUA is operated by SurAmera LLC. These terms apply to purchases and use of this storefront together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Products and ordering
Please review the product description, ingredients, size, shade and instructions before purchase. Product availability may change. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, we will contact you to resolve the issue or refund any payment for the unfulfilled item.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for the shipping charge shown before submitting their order.

Shipping and returns
We currently sell within the United States and normally dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Eligible unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days after delivery according to our Refund Policy. Customers pay return shipping for ordinary eligible returns. Please consult those separate policies for details and contact us before returning an item.
