Shipping Policy

ROZUA is operated by SurAmera LLC. We currently ship within the United States.

Order processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping costs
The customer pays the shipping cost displayed at checkout. Please review the shipping charge and delivery details before placing your order.

Delivery
Delivery timing depends on the destination and the selected carrier service. Transit estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as placed.

Address and delivery issues
Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. For a missing, damaged, incorrect or delayed shipment, contact nicolasjaramillo80@yahoo.com with your order number so we can investigate and provide instructions.

Returns
For eligible returns, the customer also pays return shipping, as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
